As part of their Alumni Career Programme London Business School today hosted a Non-executive Director Panel for Alumni interested in finding out more about becoming a non-executive Director. Our clients Jean-Paul Rigaudeau and Clarissa Farr briefly presented about their non-executive careers to date and then fielded questions from the audience.
Questions on the evening included “Are you seeing increased diversity on Boards?”, “How did you get your first non-executive role?” and “What are the main challenges of being a non-executive director?”
