My First NED Role – Rick Wills

My first NED roles came via 3i. They appoint external (to 3i) NEDs to represent their interests and I knew their senior Director who looked after this side of their business. When I decided to go plural I informed the Director of my plans. He matched my experience to their needs and I was appointed to the Board of Page & Moy. The NED’ship at Interflora followed.
