A busy autumn for our involvement in exec to non-exec career transition workshops, webinars and events. The final HTGYFR workshop of 2025 for the FT Board Director Programme took place on 5th November. The Fall (Autumn) Webinar Series for IBEM completed on 13th November and on 6th October it was a pleasure to facilitate one

Mike Clancy and portfolio NED Jeremy Williams were delighted to facilitate their popular, practical, interactive, workshop for aspiring NEDs, “How to get your first NED Role”. The workshop took place at the FT’s headquarters in London on 25th June. It was the third workshop of five scheduled for 2025 and once again was fully booked.

On 19th March IBEM hosted the latest webinar in their Mastering the Boardroom series. The topic was “Pathway to Chair: How to develop your non-executive career from NED to Chair appointments”. Mike Clancy moderated the panel discussion where insights were provided by experienced Chairs Alan Macwalter, Lale Saral Develioglu and Patrick Dunne.
