About us

NED Career Services is a service provided by Walgrove Ltd a recruitment firm specialising in non-executive appointments. Mike Clancy (pictured) founded the business in 2009 and started NED Career Services in 2018.

The service was launched in response to requests from aspiring non-executive directors for direct assistance to make an effective transition to the non-executive phase of their career. Over the last seven years we have worked with 80 clients.

Mike is a faculty member of the Financial Times Board Director Programme, an Ambassador for Nurole, the board level hiring platform, and a panellist for the Institute of Directors, “Role of the Non Executive Director” workshop.
